The programme committee of the ISCM 2021 invites you to submit abstracts for free contributions.

Information and submission
You can submit an abstract without registering for the symposium. By submitting an abstract you are only pre-registered for the symposium, which is not binding. However, in order to give an accepted talk at the symposium, the presenting author must finally register for the symposium. For this reason, we will provide you with a link with the confirmation of acceptance of the abstract, where you will have the opportunity to complete your registration.

Guidelines for abstract submission (online):
The abstract should cover one or more of the following topics
· Development of manufacturing techniques
· Automated manufacturing
· Material performance
· Cost reduction
· Joining technologies
· Novel design methods
· Innovative tooling concepts
· Process control
· Quality assurance
· Certification issues
· Sustainability aspects
· Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
· Life Cycle Assessment
Abstract should not exceed a DIN A4 page in Arial Font size 11, name the title of the presentation as well as all authors and their affiliation and should contain a meaningful image which underlines the content.
Type of presentation
· oral presentation
- It is assumed that the first author is the speaker.
- The content must not have been presented at another composite conference before.
Obligation of the lecturers
The author of an accepted abstract commits to attend the ISCM conference and to present the paper in the session allocated by the programme committee.
Additionally all accepted abstracts will be made available in our conference brochure and all accepted presentations which have been handed in will be made available to the participants on a USB stick.
The symposium will be held in English language.
Therefore abstracts and presentations have to be prepared in English.

With the submission, the author grants the organizer of ISCM 2021 the right to publish on the website, print media and newsletters. Please note that your abstract will be published in the submitted form and no corrections can be made. If necessary, the organizer reserves the right to modify any incorrect abstracts for publication without consultation.
With the submission, the first author takes responsibility for the correctness of the data. The first author is responsible for the clarification of possible copyrights of third parties regarding the content of abstract and presentation. Thus, the authors guarantee that all figures, tables etc. do not contain any rights of third parties that would oppose publication.
